Mission - We are a community of sinners called to transformation by the Holy Spirit through loving and welcoming the weary, growing in the Christian faith once delivered to the Saints, and being renewed to serve God’s present and eternal Kingdom.

Vision – We long to see the Kingdom of God in our community as it is in Heaven.

Values – Love God and others, seek out and focus on the Kingdom, and embody and live out our theological heritage.

We meet on Sunday mornings at Holt & Holt Funeral Home located at 319 E San Antonio Ave, Boerne, TX, 78006. There is a parking lot on the west side of the building as well as street parking available.

A few volunteers bring breakfast snacks to share each week and we all mingle from 10:00-10:30, then the service is roughly an hour from 10:30-11:30 AM.

We’ll give you a bulletin when you come in so you know what a specific Sunday’s worship service will look like. We blend contemporary and traditional elements in our worship service so no matter what your leaning is, you’ll feel at home and others will, too. Every week we worship through singing (both modern and traditional), reciting a creed or call to worship, receiving communion, hearing a sermon, and a few other elements. All are invited to receive communion.

We know that kids have different developmental needs than adults. An adult can pay attention to a 20-minute sermon, but most kids can’t. This is why we have Kids Church each Sunday Boerne ISD is in session (plus most Summer Sundays). Kids Church is a 30-minute block during the service where Pre-K through 5th graders have a Bible teaching, discussion, and activity that’s at their level.

All volunteers who serve people under 18 must become certified by passing a background check and child safety training through our partner, Ministry Safe. There are always at least 2 certified adults present during Kids Church, which is in a room near the sanctuary. Parents may go with their children to Kids Church without being certified, but they do not count towards the 2 certified adults.

Most of our people dress up a little, though not everyone. Come in what you’ll feel comfortable in during worship. Pastor Austin usually wears jeans and a short sleeve shirt with a collar.
